We had been looking independently at different properties for years as we had a very unique need. Because of this we met many listing agents. Deborah Smith was phenomenal from day 1 through even after the closing. She's an invaluable resource, is invested, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable about the community. She's incredibly accessible, professional and fair. Deborah was beyond competent and would immediately find answers to anything she didn't already know. We were most impressed with her accessibility, flexibility, and networking skills. She made working with her a pleasure in every way. Although we are moving to a brand new community, we are happy to know Deborah will be there to welcome us!
