Debbie Smith is a great asset to Coldwell Banker Prime. She does an excellent job. Her photographer creates magic, even in houses that don't shine on their own. Her marketing skills are top-notch and she knows how to screen buyers to make sure that the property she is showing is a close match to what the buyer is looking for. She guides both buyers and sellers through what can be a rough process. She keeps a positive attitude while being completely honest about the pitfalls of selling or buying a home.
